1. Board discussed on the progress made in respect of decision of establishing the new unit for manufacturing of particle board of 8 ft x 4ft at Velapur Dist: Solapur and informed that Mr. G. P. K. Raju, Executive Director of the Company to be pursued for the said project.
2. Took note of the Appointment of Ms. Shambhavi Wagle to act as Company Secretary and Compliance officer of the Company.
