Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (Listing Obligations) as amended from time to time Please find enclosed herewith a copy of Notice of Postal Ballot (Notice) of Insolation Energy Limited (the Company) dated 12th February 2026 along with the Explanatory Statement pursuant to the applicable provisions of the Companies Act 2013 (the Act) read with the listing regulations for seeking the approval of the Members of the Company by way of Postal Ballot only through voting by electronic means for appointment of Mr. Shreemat Pandey (DIN: 00411662) as a Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company for a term of 5 (Five) consecutive years commencing from 05h February 2026 to 04th February 2031.
