Phyto Chem (India): Closure of Trading Window

We wish to inform you that in accordance with the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading devised by the Company as per the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the Trading Window for dealing on the shares of the Company will be closed to all the Directors Key Managerial Personnel and all designated persons of the Company with effect from 01st October 2025 till 48 hours after the declaration of Quarterly Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Second Quarter ended on 30th September 2025. The date of Board Meeting for the consideration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Second quarter ended on 30th September 2025 shall be intimated in due course of time.
