The 78th Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Monday September 22 2025 at 11.30 a.m. (IST) through Video Conferencing ("VC") & Other Audio Visual Means ("OVAM") facility.The Company is also offering the facility to the members to cast their vote electronically during the AGM. Accordingly the Company has fixed 16th September 2025 as the cut-off date to determine the eligibility of the members to cast their vote by electronic means and e-voting during the AGM.
