Rohit Ferro-Tech Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 02, 2014, has appointed Mr. Ankit Rungta and Mrs. Sujata Agarwal as Additional Directors of the Company subject to the approval of the Members and compliance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and rules thereof.
Further, the Company has informed that Mr. Asoke Kumar Basu and Mr. Jayanta Kumar Chatterjee, Independent Directors are resigning from the post of Directorship with effect from December 02, 2014.
