1. The Board considered and approved the unaudited consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and half-year ended 30th September 2019 in accordance with Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 and IND Accounting Standards. Further the Board took on record the Limited Review Report on the said Financial Results. The Financial Results along with the Limited Review Report are enclosed herewith.
2. The Board noted the quarterly compliances under SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 for the quarter and half-year ended 30th September 2019.
3. The Board in accordance with regulation 16 & 19 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Discolusre Requirements) Regulations 2015 has appointed Mr. Bonthu Bhanu Kiran Reddy as Independent Director of the Company w.e.f 18th November 2019.
