Anant Raj: Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to the Companys Code for Prevention of Insider Trading the trading window for dealing in securities of Anant Raj Limited (the Company) shall remain closed from Friday July 01 2022 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter ending on June 30 2022.The date of the Board meeting for declaration of such Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ending on June 30 2022 will be intimated to the concerned stock exchanges in due course. During this period of closure of trading window all designated persons including insiders and their immediate relatives are prohibited to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company.
