Deccan Cements Ltd has informed BSE that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from August 05, 2017 to August 11, 2017 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Payment of Final Dividend & 37th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on August 11, 2017.
The Final dividend, if approved at the 37th AGM will be paid / dispatched in between 21st to 31st August 2017.
