In continuation to our intimations dated October 7 2022 and October 3 2022 we wish to inform the exchange that the Company has filed the Certified Copy of Honble NCLT Order dated October 3 2022 sanctioning the Scheme of amalgamation of the Company with Indo Count Industries Limited with the Registrar of Companies Pune in Form INC-28 today i.e. on October 20 2022. Thus the Effective Date of the Scheme of Amalgamation is October 20 2022.Further the Appointed Date of the Scheme is October 1 2020.All the Directors CEO CFO and Company Secretary shall cease to hold their respective positions in the Company from Effective Date.Kindly take the above on record.
