Techtran Polylenses Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 28, 2016 inter-alia to consider and approve the audited financial results for the Fourth quarter ended and Financial Year ended on March 31, 2016.

In this connection, as per the Company?s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all Director /Officers /Designated Employees of the Company from May 20, 2016 to May 30, 2016 (both days Inclusive). The communication has been circulated to all Directors /Officers /Designated Employees.
