Pursuant to Regulations 30 and 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015; the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on 12th August 2019 Monday has inter-alia considered and approved and pleased to submit the Un-Audited Financial Results for Quarter ended on 30th June 2019 as per Regulation 33(3) of the SEBI (Listing obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 along with the Limited Review Report.
