Raasi Refractories: Announcement Under Regulation 30 Of SEBI (LODR) Regulation 2015 - Appointment Of Secretarial Auditor

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 the shareholders at its 43rd Annual General Meeting held on 30th September 2025 has appointed M/s BPK Associates Company Secretaries as the Secretarial Auditor of the Company to conduct Secretarial Audit of the Company for the period of 5 (five) consecutive years from the conclusion of 43rd AGM till the conclusion of the 48th AGM to be held in year 2030.
