It is earnestly submitted that due to some technical snag in ERP software of the Company, the Financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2018 is delayed for finalisation. The Company is endeavouring for redressal of this problem on top priority basis but due to continuance of technical problem in system, it appears that the Company would not be able to declare and publish financial results upto stipulated due date and some delay would be caused therefor, due to reasons beyond the control of the Company.
The Company has sincerely taken up instant issue with Software vendor for urgent redressal of problem.
