JSW Ispat Special Products: Closure of Trading Window

This is to inform that in terms of the Companys "Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives" (the Code) read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by the Designated Persons and their immediate relatives (as defined in the code) shall continue to remain closed with effect from 30 June 2023 until the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ending 30 June 2023 by the Board of Directors.The date of the Board Meeting for approving aforesaid financial results will be intimated in due course.
