We wish to inform you that the Reminder Notice of the First Call (Reminder Notice) has been sent in electronic mode to the holder of partly paid up equity shares whose e-mail addresses are registered with the Company or its Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA) or Depository Participant (DP). Further physical copy of the Reminder Notice along with detailed instructions and Payment slip has been dispatched through permitted modes at the registered address of those shareholders: a. who have not registered their e-mail address with the Company or its RTA or Depository Participant(s); or b. who has specifically registered their request for the hard copy of the same.
