Kaveri Seed Company: Outcome Of The Meeting Of Nomination And Remuneration Committee Of The Company Granting Options Under The Kaveri Employee Stock Option Plan - 2024.

The Nomination and Remuneration Committee at its meeting held on March 30 2026 approved the grant of 1 42 352 (One Lakh Fourth Two Thousand Three Hundred and Fifty Two) options to eligible employees of the Company exercisable into equivalent number of fully paid-up equity shares of Rs.2/- each acquired by the Kaveri Employees trust through the secondary market route.
