We wish to inform you that the Company has allotted 278 500 Equity shares of Rs. 10/- each bearing distinctive numbers 694 331 281 to 694 609 780 on 15th September 2020 under Employee Stock Option Scheme 2003 of the Company. Consequent to the said allotment the paid up capital of the Company has increased to Rs. 6 946 097 800/- consisting of 694 609 780 Equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.
