The Companys wholly owned subsidiary Panacea Biotec Pharma Ltd. has received a Show Cause Notice (SCN) dated July 23 2026 from the office of the Assistant Commissioner Goods and Services Tax Delhi under Section 73 of Delhi Goods & Services Tax / Central Goods & Services Tax Act & Rules 2017 alleging total tax liability of Rs.4.06 Crore including interest tax and penalty on account of alleged excess claim of Input Tax Credit in the Annual Return filed for the Financial Year 2022-23.The requisite disclosure is attached herewith.
