Towa Sokki Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 16, 2013, inter alia, to transact the following businesses:
1. To increase the Authorised Capital of the Company.
2. To Amend the Memorandum of Association of the Company.
3. To consider raising of funds through issue of equity shares of the Company on preferential basis.
4. To seek approval of Notice, Draft resolutions, Explanatory Statement and Postal Ballot Form, Calendar of events pursuant to Section 192A of the Companies Act, 1956.
5. To appoint practicing Company Secretary to act as Scrutinizer for postal ballot procedure.
