The said meeting of the Board commenced at 12.15 p.m. and concluded at 1.00 p.m.
We are enclosing herewith the copy of Unaudited Financial Results for the 3rd quarter and Nine months ended 31st December, 2017, along with copy of Limited review report of the Auditor.
