RTS Power Corporation: Closure of Trading Window

This is to Inform you that as per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading framed pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India ( Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for the purpose of declaration of the audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ending on 31st March 2026 for all the directors employees designated persons and their relatives from 1st April 2026 till 48 hours after the announcement of the Results of the Company to the Stock Exchange (both days inclusive)
