GTN Industries: Closure of Trading Window

Intimation -Closure of Trading Window - Pursuant to SEBI(PIT) Regulations 2015 read with SEBI(PIT) (Amendment) Regulation 2018 and the Companys code of conduct for prevention of Insider Trading and code of practices and procedures for Fair disclosure of unpublished price sensitive information the trading window for dealing in the shares of the company shall remain closed for all designated persons of the Company from 01-10-2025 until 48 hours from the date of declaration of the financial results of the company for the quarter/Half year ended 30th Sept 2025 for which the Board Meeting will be held on or before 14th day of Nov 2025 or any extended date if any.
