Trading window for dealing in the Securities of the Company by the Designated Persons including Insiders shall remain closed with effect from Wednesday January 01 2025 for the purpose of consideration of standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the 3rd quarter and nine months ending December 31 2024 of the financial year 2024-25 till 48 hours after the declaration of the aforesaid financial results.
