Notice is hereby given that in accordance with the consent of shareholders received pursuant to Section 180(1)(a) and other applicable provisions if any of the Companies Act 2013 and other enabling statutory provisions and regulations by way of special resolution passed through postal ballot on March 23 2019 the Company has sold out its undertaking known as Mushroom Plant at a consideration of Rs. 26.00 Cr to Manegrow Agro Products a registered partnership firm not related to company or its promoters.
