Pursuant to the Regulation 31A of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (as amended) we would like to inform that the Company has today received approval from the Stock Exchanges i.e. National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) and BSE Limited (BSE) for the Companys application dated September 14 2022 submitted to BSE/NSE for reclassification from Promoter group category to Public category. Copy of approval letters received from NSE and BSE are enclosed.
