Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e. November 13 2021 have inter alia transacted the following items of business:
1. Considered and approved the Unaudited Financial Results Statement of Assets and Liabilities and Statement of Cash flows (Standalone and Consolidated) for the second quarter and half-year ended September 30 2021 as recommended by the Audit Committee and review by the Statutory Auditors.
2. Taken note of Limited Review Report submitted by M/s. Ramasamy Koteswara Rao & Co. LLP Chartered Accountants Statutory Auditors of the Company on the aforesaid standalone and consolidated financial results.
The aforesaid results are also being published in the newspapers in the prescribed format under Regulation 47 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.
The Meeting commenced at 10:50 A.M. and ended at 03:50 P.M.
