This is to intimate that in compliance with Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 the meeting of Board of directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday 14th November 2019 to consider and take on record following matters;
1) To discuss & approve Standalone and Consolidated unaudited financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2019.
2) Appointment of Director of the Company.
3) Any other business with the permission of Chairman.
