Advance Metering Technology Ltd has informed BSE that the Company had acquired 51% shares in M/s. R. S. Infosystems Private Limited.
The Board at the Meeting held on April 30, 2014 has resolved to disinvest and has since disinvested its entire shareholding in R.S. Infosystem Private Limited in order to focus in its core business.
