Trescon Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/11/2019 inter alia to consider and approve 1.To Consider & approve the Un-Audited Financial Results along with Limited Review Report for the Quarter and half year ended on September 30 2019 pursuant to Regulation 33 of Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirement 2015.
2.The trading window remains closed from Tuesday October 01 2019 and ends 48 hours after the results are made public on Thursday November 14 2019 (both days inclusive) as per the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 for Directors and Designated Employees as defined in the "Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company.
3.Any other matter with the permission of the Chair.
