This is to inform that as per the Companys Code of Conduct to regulate monitor and repot trading by Designated Persons in terms of the SEBI (PIT) Regulations 2015 the trading window of the Company shall remain closed from Tuesday 01st October 2024 and shall continue to remain closed till 48 hours after dissemination of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the second quarter/half year ended on 30th September 2024.
