Vaarad Ventures Ltd has informed BSE that the Company is in receipt of a letter from the Promoter of the Company dated December 13, 2013 informing the sale of their holding in M/s. Kimaya Wellness Ltd, a promoter group company by virtue of which the promoter holding in the Company reduces from 86.31% to 71.9% and the same is in conformity with the SEBI order bearing reference no. WTM/PS/62/CFD/NOV/2013 dated November 22, 2013.
