It is hereby informed that the company has filed application for extension of time for holding the AGM of the company for the financial year ended 31.3.201 in accordance with provisions of Section 96 of CA 2013. The company has received approval order dtd 27.9.2021 from the ROC Delhi for holding the AGM of the company upto 31.12.2021.
