Please find attached herewith copies of newspaper advertisements published in the Financial Express (English) and Mahasagar (Marathi) on December 16 2025 intimating that the Extra Ordinary General Meeting ("EGM") of the Company will be held on Tuesday January 06 2026 at 02.00 p.m. through VC / OAVM facility and information regarding remote e-Voting for the EGM of the Company in terms of Section 108 of the Companies Act 2013 read with Rule 20 of Companies (Management and Administration) Rules 2014 (as amended) and Regulation 44 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.
