Weizmann Ltd has informed BSE that Shri. Chetan Durgadas Mehra ceases to be Managing Director of the Company effective from closing hours of March 31, 2016 in view of his term of appointment expiring on March 31, 2016. Shri. Chetan Durgadas Mehra however continues to be the Director of the Company.
The Board of Directors at their meeting held on April 01, 2016 has appointed Mr.Jivanraj M.Ranka as President and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company with effect from April 01, 2016.
