Rathi, Director retiring by rotation at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting, has decided not to seek re-election and the Board has decided, subject to the approval of the Members, to not fill-up the vacancy caused due to his retirement. c. The Independent Directors, Sri A.C. Mukherji and Sri G. Momen, will complete their tenure at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
