Panoramic Universal: Resignation of Director

In term of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that the Company has received a resignation letter dated 2nd November, 2017 from Mr. Rajendra Pratap Gawde (DIN: 00947714), an Independent Director, conveying his decision to resign from the Board of Directors of the Company, in view of his other professional commitments.

Consequent to the resignation he also ceased to be the Member of Nomination & Remuneration Committee, Corporate Social Responsibility Committee & Stakeholders Relationship Committee.
