With reference to our earlier intimation vide letter dated 29th July 2026 please note that in the Companys Annual General Meeting held today i.e. on 25th September 2026 through VC/ OAVM shareholders/members have accorded their approval to the re-appointment of Dr. Himanshu C. Patel (DIN: 00087114) as Managing Director of the Company for a period of three years w.e.f. 1st August 2026 to 31st July 2029. It is hereby confirmed that Dr. Himanshu C. Patel is not debarred from holding the office as Director by virtue of any SEBI Order or any other authority.
