This is to inform you that pursuant to Regulation 30 & Regulation 33 of Securities Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligation and Disclosure requirement) Regulation 2015 Listing regulation and other applicable provisions the Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held today have approved the Un- Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2025.A copy of the unaudited Financial Results along with the limited review report of the statutory auditors of the company on the financial results are enclosed herewith.The meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company commenced at 4.00 PM and concluded at 4.30 PM
