1. Board considered and approved the matter of acquiring Alankit Technologies Limited as Wholly owned subsidiary company of the Company.
2. Board considered and approved the matter of filing application to Public Fund Regulatory Department Authority (PFRDA) for license of Point of Presence, Aggregator for NPS (New Pension System), license for P2F, National Skill Registry, National Insurance Repository from National Database Management Limited.
3. Board considered and approved the matter of filing application to Quality Council of India for Accreditation as Smart Card Service Provider.
4. Board considered and approved the appointment of Ms. Preeti Puri as Additional Director.
5. Board considered and approved the appointment of Ms. Preeti Puri as Whole Time Director.
6. Board noted the matter of passing of resolution of Allotment of Convertible Warrants in the Annual General Meeting of the Company.
7. Board noted the allotment of Bhamshah (KYR+) enrolment of residents.
