Premier Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 05, 2014, inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended on December 31, 2013.
Further, as per the Company?s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in the Shares of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated Employees and Directors from January 28, 2014 to February 07, 2014 (both days inclusive).
