Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 ("Listing Regulations") We wish to inform inform you that Honble NCLT New Delhi has admitted a petition of one of our financial creditors on 20.03.2023 under section 7 (5) of IBC vide CP No. (IB)-744(ND)/2022. Though we have not yet formally received a copy of order from Registry/Court Officer of honble NCLT however the order has been uploaded on NCLT web site in the afternoon of 21.03.2023.
