Maestros Electronics & Telecommunications Systems: Closure of Trading Window

It is hereby intimated that the trading window of the Company for dealing in the securities of the Company by the designated person shall remain closed with effect from April 1 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results along with Auditors Report of the Company for the Quarter and Financial Year ended March 31 2026. The date of the Board Meeting in which the Audited Financial Results along with Auditors Report will be considered and adopted shall be intimated in due course. The designated persons and their immediate relatives are requested to ensure compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 (including amendments thereto) and shall not trade or deal otherwise in the Companys securities during the period of trading window closure.
