Notice of NCLT convened adjourned meeting of the Secured Creditors of GHCL Limited to be held on July 8 2021 regarding Scheme of Arrangement in the nature of Demerger of the Textiles Business of GHCL Limited to GHCL Textiles Limited
In continuation to our earlier communication dated April 8 2021 and pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 and other applicable provisions if any we would like to inform that in pursuance of the NCLT Order and the Chairmans announcement at the meeting held on 8th April 2021 an adjourned meeting of Secured Creditors of the Applicant Company-1 (i.e. GHCL Limited) will be held on Thursday 8th July 2021 at 11:30 a.m. through VC/OAVM.
