Kapil Raj Finance Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 21/09/2026 inter alia to consider and approve 1. the proposal for raising of funds by way of issuance of equity shares and/or other securities in one or more tranches through permissible modes including by way of rights issue preferential issue or any other mode as may be permitted under the applicable laws including the Companies Act 2013 and the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2018 as amended from time to time at such price in such manner and on such terms and conditions as may be determined by the Board subject to such statutory regulatory and other approvals including the approval of the members of the Company as may be required.2. Any other items as may be decided by the Board of Directors of the Company.
