Vulcan Engineers Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 16, 2014, inter alia, have approved the following:
1. Mr. Roberto Del Filippis Delfico has been appointed as an Additional Director designated as an Independent Director of the Company for a period of five consecutive years with effect from May 16, 2014.
2. Mr. Ranganath Desai has resigned as Executive Director - Finance of the Company with effect from July 04, 2014 vide his letter dated May 12, 2014.
3. Mr. Anand Gadkari has been appointed as Managing Director of the Company for a period of 3 years with effect from May 16, 2014.
