Rockland Thermionics Ltd has informed BSE that the Shareholders of the Company have at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on June 24, 2013, appointed M/s. C. P. Jaria, & Co., Chartered Accountants, Surat to fill the casual vacancy caused by Resignation of M/s. Krishan Kumar Gupta & Associates., Chartered Accountants, New Delhi, as the Statutory Auditors of the Company from the conclusion of this Meeting until the conclusion of next Annual General Meeting of the Company.
