Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we hereby notify that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday 28th October 2021 inter-alia to approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the Second Quarter ended on 30th September 2021.
Further vide our letter dated 29th June 2021 We had informed the exchange that as per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading The Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from 1st October 2021 and the same will remain closed till 48 (Forty-Eight) hours after the declaration of unaudited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for Half Year and Quarter ended September 30th 2021.
