Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we hereby notify that Cipla Limited has signed a perpetual license agreement with Novartis Pharma AG (Switzerland) on 10th April 2023 to manufacture and market Galvus® and Galvus® combination brands used in the treatment of type 2 diabetes from 1st January 2026. The agreement is subject to satisfaction of certain conditions precedent. During the interim period we would continue to market and distribute Galvus® branded products.
