Adani Power: Adani Power Ltd reply to clarification sought by the exchange

The Exchange had sought clarification from Adani Power Ltd with respect to media news appearing in Business Standard on August 20, 2015 titled 'Adani Power may be disqualified from Rs 3,662cr transmission projects'

Adani Power Ltd replied stating 'Adani Power Limited has not received any letter from the competent authority disqualifying it from the Transmission Projects. The Company keeps the exchange informed about events, information etc. including price sensitive information in accordance with regulatory requirements. In the event, there is any development that requires disclosure under Clause 36 of the Listing Agreement, we will make the same in accordance with regulatory requirements.'
