In terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations we wish to inform you that the term of M/s. SGN & Co Chartered Accountants existing Statutory Auditors of the Company shall expire upon the conclusion of the ensuing 41st Annual General Meeting (41st AGM) of the Company.In view of the above based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. on Thursday August 13 2026 considered and recommended the Appointment of M/s Khandelwal Jain & Co. Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 105049W) as the Statutory Auditors of the Company for a term of 5 (Five) consecutive years commencing from the conclusion of the 41st AGM until the conclusion of 46th AGM of the Company to be held in the year 2031 subject to approval of members at the ensuing 41st AGM.
